Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Euro, which include 24% VAT and exclude shipping cost unless so specified.  Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payments listed under payment option – please refer to the relevant menu Payment Options. By placing an order, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the total amount of your order.

Limitation of Liability

Our company shall process these data in accordance with article 7Α par. 1 (b) of Law 2472/1997, in order to complete the order placed by our customers and shall in no way disclose, publish or sell these data to any third parties, except in case a legal procedure regarding the withdrawal of confidentiality is initiated (L. 2225/1994) or according to other obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006.

Consumer Protection and Product/s Orders

Placing an order through our e-shop means you are entering into a distance selling agreement governed by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended.

You may place a valid order through our e-shop provided you are a legally competent person as per the Greek Civil Code (i.e., you are eighteen years of age or older and not under judicial guardianship concerning entering into sales agreements). Representatives of legal entities can also place orders. Our company reserves the right to claim compensation from supervisors or guardians for any order made by legally incapacitated persons.

Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers’ database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
