Return Policy

At ENALIA, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please review our return policy below:

Return Timeline
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Please contact us via email  info@enaliafashion.gr or call on +30 2121217333 during business days/hours (9:00 am – 17:00pm / Monday to Friday)
2. Pack the items securely and include the receipt in your package.
3. Please email us the information about your return so that we me follow-up promptly.

Refund Options
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned items. The refund regards the product only and does not include the initial shipping costs.  If you prefer, you can opt for an exchange for a different size, color or style. 

Shipping Costs
For  returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Sale Items
Please note that items marked as "Sale" "Special Prices" or "Offers" are not eligible for return only for exchange.
